The main quest of the game is to defeat all Prime Evils and trap them inside Soulstones following the order of Horadrim. From here on the story branches off into different directions with other side quests than can be completed alongside the main story quests. At this point in time the town is being overrun by risen dead. Leah then flees from the cathedral to the town of New Tristam where your chosen character arrives. Soon after a mysterious star crashes into the cathedral, creating a deep crater into which Deckard falls into and disappears. It starts of with the last surviving member of Horadrim (an ancient order of mages who are tasked with defeating Prime Evils and trapping them in Soulstones) Deckard Cain and Leah (daughter of Aidan the Dark Wanderer and Adria a powerful witch) together in Tristam Cathedral investigating ancient texts regarding an ominous prophecy. The main story of Diablo III is set in the dark world of Sanctuary and is set 20 years after the events of Diablo II.
The port of Diablo IIII and the RoS expansion both come with all the updates that the PC has had so far which according to most people have made the game a lot better than it was at release. Following last year’s port of Diablo III from the PC to consoles, the new Ultimate Evil Edition comes bundled with Diablo III itself as well as the Reaper of Souls expansion adding a new quest storyline, new loot and more.
